The Gas Analysis and Sensing Group (GASG) is a company limited by guarantee and run as a non-profitmaking organisation. The group is funded solely by members’ subscriptions and meeting fees. Management of GASG is carried out by the Board of Directors and on a day-to-day basis by the Committee, appointed by the Board.
The annual general meeting (AGM) take place at our December meeting where financial results are reported. Directors and Committee members are elected on an annual basis at the AGM and are required to meet the criteria outlined in UK company law.
Membership is available to all groups and individuals with interests in gas/VOC/particle sensing, analysis and monitoring. Further information is available by Contacting Us.
